How a First Call Goes

Tell us what got you to pick up the phone. It might be new panels, a battery, a system that quit producing or panels caked with dust and pollen. We ask about your roof and your power bills, then pick a day to stop by. On site we check the roof, the electrical panel and any equipment already up there. We take photos and tell you plainly what we found, good or bad.

We have been in business 5 years, and we hold the Liberty Mutual Platinum Safety Award, so safe work on your roof is part of every visit. Our installs carry a 10-year workmanship warranty on solar. We work across Rowlett and nearby towns like Garland, Sachse and Rockwall.

Handy Things to Pull Together

1. A recent electric bill or two, so we can see what your monthly usage looks like.
2. Whatever you know about your roof, like when it went on and any past leaks or patches.
3. For a system already on the house, who put it in, the inverter brand and any error codes or odd numbers in the app.
4. Any HOA rules about panels, if your neighborhood has them.
