About Our Solar Work in Rowlett

We are a solar company that looks before it talks. We get on your roof, open your electrical panel and read your power bills before we suggest anything. Then we tell you what we found in plain words, even when solar is not a good fit for your home.

How We Run a Job

A lot of solar sales start with a price and a promise. We start with a ladder and a flashlight. On the first visit we check the roof surface, the shingles where the rails would attach, the decking from the attic where we can reach it, and your main service panel. We note shade from trees and nearby roofs at different times of day. We take photos of what we see so you can look at them too.

Then we sit down with you and go over it. If your roof has only a few years left, we say so, because pulling panels off later to reroof costs you money. If your panel has no room for a solar breaker, we explain what that means and what it takes. If your bills don't support a system, we tell you that too. Only after that do we talk about panels, batteries or repairs.

The same habit carries into service calls. When a system stops producing, we test before we replace anything. A tripped breaker, a loose connector or one failed optimizer is a very different fix than a dead inverter, and you should pay for the problem you actually have.

Technician holding a tablet with a panel layout points up at a rooftop solar array as a homeowner watches; another worker inspects panels on the roof with a flashlight.

What You Can Expect From Us

Photos with every finding

You get pictures of the roof, the attachment points and the electrical gear we checked. You don't have to take our word for anything.

A written, line-item estimate

Panels, racking, inverter, labor, permit and utility interconnection each get their own line. If something changes once the work starts, we show you before any extra work happens.

Straight answers on fit

Some homes are better candidates than others. A north-facing roof under big shade trees may never pay back. We would rather skip the job than sell you a system that underperforms.

Careful, tidy job days

We protect the beds and walkways under the work area and keep the driveway clear. Before we leave, we pick up every screw and wire scrap. We pull the permit and handle the inspection, so you are not left sorting out paperwork.

Where We Work

We're based in Rowlett and work on homes in Garland, Sachse, Richardson, Wylie, Rockwall, Fate, Murphy, Heath, Travis Ranch and Sunnyvale. North Texas heat and hail are hard on panels and wiring, so we look closely at mounting, wire management and panel condition on every visit.

Not sure if we come out your way? Ask when you call and we'll tell you straight.

Start With a Look at Your Home

Tell us what you have in mind: a new system, a battery, or one that has stopped producing. We'll ask a few questions and set a time to come out and look.
